Penelope and Daddy Flying 2019.JPG

My daughter Penelope getting a flight lesson

While studying at the University of Washington, I earned my private pilot’s license at Galvin Flight School in 1996. I continued earning ratings while I finished school and worked as a lineman for the wonderful family owned seaplane operation, Kenmore AIr Harbor. After graduation, I joined the United States Air Force and spent nine months in Lakenheath England before attending military pilot training in Columbus, MS and Corpus Christi, TX. I was fortunate to fly the T-37B, T-44 (King Air 90), C-130E, AC-130H, and C-17A aircraft. In 2005, I was hired into the McChord Reserves. In 2008, I was blessed to be hired with a local Air Line headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest with our diverse aviation culture, I hope to be able to give back to the flying community through mentorship, instruction, and production of future aviators. I hold type ratings in L382, B757, B767, B737, A320, and the DC-9. I am married to my wife Serina, and have two younger children, Penelope and Aero. It would be an honor to fly with you.
